The “Dad” referenced in that comic strip could not have been in a 1975 yearbook “doing the Travolta.” “Saturday Night Fever” from whence came that iconic pose and attire came out in the later part of 1977/early 1978. Funny strip, though.
I blush for the guy wearing the *scoff* My Chemical Romance shirt. Kids these days…
I like MCR’s music, but the dude looks a bit ridiculous in general.
