Relient K is awesome.
Today I received some money in the mail from my mom. Yes, that’s right, my mom. (Happy Easter, woohee!) So I went to Best Buy and bought the new Relient K album titled “Two Lefts Don’t Make A Right–But Three Do.” It’s pretty good so far.
The lyrics for Mood Rings are available. This is probably one of my favorites on the album. I haven�t gotten to do a thurough listen through to all of the songs yet, but this is an initial favorite. It talks about the confusing presence in the lives of all men� basically, women. They’re confusing. If you spend enough time around them you start to be able to tell what color their mood ring would be even if they don’t have ‘em, but that’s not always true. Anyway.
The album is decent from what I’ve listened to. It sticks to their usual fashion of being totally goofy, including a lot of cultural references, but their beliefs also show through. Comparing it to their previous album, I’d say they’re ability to rock like the punks they are has increased.
