Based on the Slashdot story, I’m pretty sure this site is a spoof. Although, after seeing my brother play GTA3, I’m not sure all videogames can be excused for their violence. People claim videogame lives and real lives can be separated. I can understand that to an extent, but when does the fiction begin affecting the reality?

My Christmas went well. New Years is coming soon, and that’ll be cool, too. I’ve been having a lot of fun during break so far hanging out with my friend Mark C. Today we might head up and explore a cave. If I don’t post anymore after today, you know what’s happened.
I got some nice loot for Christmas. My favs were CDs by: 12 Stones, Kutless, Something Corporate, T-Bone, and The Julianna Theory.
January 4th I’m going to Abby’s wedding. As far as friend’s go, she’s the one I’ve had for the longest all the way back to about kindergarten. Crazy, eh? So I’ll be chilling back in the Omaha region till classes get started up again.
Tomorrow’s Christmas. I’ve waited all stinkin’ week for this day, I’m getting kinda… not excited… pleased that it’s tomorrow. It’ll be good to see family. Of all the “loot” I’ll collect, it’s the music I like the most. The only thing I like more then that is just getting real and talking about life with friends. And letters. Things of that nature. I’d rather see the mail man then santa if it meant I’d get something other then junk mail. Anyway though…

I made it home alive and safely. Woohoo. I’ve been able to hang out with Mark C. and Jarred already. As an added bonus, Clark is also around. I guess he’s in the Navy now and just got a short break after basic training. It’s been good to hang out with the family and have some good conversations with my friends.
Quick Movie Reviews:
Gangs of New York — Tons of violence and way to many half-naked women for my liking. My eyes were closed for at least 10 minutes of that movie. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Star Trek: Nemesis — just about as good as a Trekkie film can get. Decent plot, decent action. Characters develop a bit. It’s got some strange twists to the future of ‘em all, but I’ll let you see the movie to find out what.
